i have a lg sylo 5 and it needs some help, so far i have factory reset, tried to keep the amount of downloaded apps to minimum, switched to square home launcher, but all that didn't make much of a difference, i also have a Nokia 3.1 plus which is Android go but it works way better than the stylo, which seems very odd

here's my storage

im trying to move files to SD card but after a couple moves l, now it fails every time, im gonna try to restart it and see if that will fix it

at this point, i think im gonna have to reset it again but im figuring that if it didn't work before then it probably won't fix it this time either

i think the memory and storage is perfectly fine, although ram is also something to check, do you guys know of a good app that will check my ram and processor speed, and maybe tell me what's bogging it down

ive had for a long time, and its been doing this for a really long time, ive been working at diagnosing the issue for a long time, just getting tired of not really being able to use it

3 gigs of ram is good enough these days for most phones. Anything less though would make a phone slow. I would not worry about ram. Android does a really good job at managing ram efficiencies.

If a factory reset does nothing, than it's not a software issue. Might just be the phone.

but what could cause such a issue, its never been damaged whatsoever

It sounds to me like you possibly have multiple apps using the Accessibility function.

Accessibility can be pretty sweet, but if more than one or two apps are using it then it can really bog a device down with strange results that are hard to pinpoint the cause.

I have never had a device with more than 2 GB RAM, and I have found that one or two apps using Accessibility is the maximum before overall performance is noticibly affected.

Settings
Accessibility

Since you have 3 GB of RAM, I will guess that three apps maximum, and better two or less be using the Accessibility Service.

Another thing to try is to go into developers options and select Show Running Apps.
This will show you what is running and how much memory each is using.

here is some screenshots hopefully this will help you guys figure out what's wrong
