LG through straight talk

My boyfriend has the LG android phone for straight talk, and well ever since about 9:30 this morning its been saying he doesnt have a network connection. I went searching through his phone and cant figure out what is wrong with his phone. It says its connected to the data network, but the 3g symbol isnt showing up on the status bar. Can anyone give me advice what to do? His phone bill isnt due yet so it isnt his phone being off.

You can try a restart, and also go into settings, wireless and networks, deselect data packets and then reselect it.
That's what I do when my piece of junk TracFone Samsung Galaxy SII decides to dump its data connection.

Nah, I finnally got ahold of the straight talk ppk today.... They said he used to much data, so his network connection was suspended.... Lol. Thank godess for wifi
