Help LG V10 connected to PC, Pictures folder is empty.

Hi!

I connect my LG V10 to my PC (Windows 10 64-bit) to transfer pictures. But, Pictures folder looks empty. I say "looks" because I know for a fact that it's not. On the phone, it looks like it has a few folders with pictures in them. Now, every other folder and file is fine. They are there. This is bizarre to me. Does anybody have any ideas?

Pictures are in DCIM>>Camera folders,They will be in either internal or external storage.

Is this how you always are? We are trying to help you out here. Get a file explorer on your phone and see where these pictures are located. Then try finding that folder once you connect to your PC

P.S.: I do have a file explorer. I do see the damn folder and files in the pictures folder. I do see where the pictures folder is. And then I do find the pictures folder of the phone in the PC. It's empty. JUST LIKE I SAID in the first post.

Okay... Did you transfer the pictures to the PC, or are you using the PC's file explorer to look in your phone?

I don't use those folders except screenshots. If you want to save a picture from Instagram I think you long press on it and choose Save picture or something similar.

The files are most likely hidden. Enable hidden files in your pc file manager or try and move them to another location because some files are not shown to a pc from a phone due to their association with an app and path.

By the way learn how to use your device and apps before you criticise those that are trying to help you.
