Help LG Venice on Revol?

Hello, I am a new member and this forum seems to be loaded with useful threads and smart people.
So here is the situation:
Revol sells a phone called the LG 730 Optimus Select. Which after extensive searching seems to be the exact same as the LG 730 Venice or the LG L7. I have a LG Venice from Boost Mobile but have Revol as my carrier. I have been looking up infor about flashing, reprogramming, and rooting but am still a little confused and dont want to do something that may not be required. So my question is: Can I make this LG Venice: Boost mobile carrier, work with Revol instead of Boost? What would need to be done? Can revol simply program it or will it need to be flashed? Revol has a list of phone through the help desk at houdinisoft that can be flashed, they do no specifically list the LG Venice, L7, or even the revol named Optimus Select . however they do list similar phones... It would be very much appreciated if somebody would lend me a hand on this one. I have no experience with rooting or flashing a phone but I have been researching extensively...

A Revol Direct store would not be able to flash that phone, I believe Revol does not flash boost phones in general. Best option if you can't get it working is to sell it to another boost customer (hopefully its good condition), and buy an Optimus select. It's the exact same phone, and even if you took a small hit on the sale, currently Revol is offering a free month of service ($45 value) that will save you some cash. Where do you live mate?

That is exactly what I am doing, The phone is brand new in box lol. I live in Warren, Ohio. USA.

Ok cool, you can go to the Revol store in Niles across from the Eastwood mall, they may have the select in stock. Move fast though..... That phone is on SHORT supply ATM.
