Help LG Volt: Can't log into Google account now.

I know there are similar threads but I haven't really seen a solution for the Volt. Here's my problem:
I can't log into Google at all. I downgraded and rooted for the sole purpose to get rid of bloatware and such but I saw that I can't change my system font anymore and so I factory reset for that reason (and backed up all my data) but when I go back into LG Backup, it says I need to log in (what it usually does) and it says "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server." After I saw that the location services, it says "Google Location Reporting: Not available in this region." I'm connected to my Wifi and everything but I just can't seem to log in.
My LG Volt is from BoostMobile and Software is now LS740ZV3.

When you deleted "bloatware" are you sure you didn't delete anything important?
Well, I haven't gotten to the point deleting bloatware yet. I was just tinkering around with Xposed Installer and iFont.
To be clear, after the success of downgrading to v3, everything was normal, I was able to sign into my Google account. But after I tried installing the Choco Cooky (since I really like that font lol) it didn't work after rebooting my phone. So I figured I needed to reset my phone and I did after I backed up everything using the built in LG Backup and when it was done resetting, I tried restoring my phone and log into my google account but when I did, it kept saying this:

I'm just trying to reinstall my apps from LG Backup but Google won't connect.
