Help LG Volt: loosin' my religion

The warranty work LG done on my Volt addressed some of the numerous problems it had but a problem persists with highly irregular charging/discharging (e.g. one minute it shows 75 percent; next minute, 100%. and many minutes of use before it budges down from 100%

Unless you've a better idea, I plan to execute my new 90-day warranty and surrender my phone for ANOTHER two weeks to see if they can't fix it right this time, or send me (yet) another (sketchy? I'm loosing faith in LG) phone
 
Have you tried a new battery?

I know how you feel with LG warranty support. Sent my volt2 back for repair, received if back yesterday and today it stopped working. Looks as though they sent me a refurbished unit. Guess I'll send it back again.
