Root LG Volt Music Player

I recently switched to a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone and it doesnt have a music player. I loved the music player on my LG volt. I got the apk from here but when I install it and open it, it crashes. Im assuming its due to my phone being on lollipop and my volt was on kitkat? Any help?

Try putting it in one of the system app folders (app or priv-app in the system partition)
