There is a port of qremote for cm 11 i think. Not sure it would be useful to stock users.

Where is that located? I only saw a settings one in the qremote data folder.

It is located in /data/data/com.uei.lg.quicksetsdk.lite
This also maps onto /data/user/0/com.uei.lg.quicksetsdk.lite
