LG Volt storage

My volt (carrier is Virgin Mobile) continuously tells me I am running out of storage. I have deleted apps, inserted an SD card, moved over photos and apps to the card, and am still getting the storage space running out message. If i reboot my phone, the message goes away for a while and then reappears, even after not using the phone.
Also, how do I open apps that I moved to my card?
I'm very frustrated right now, and am considering switching carrier and getting a better phone.

Maybe you can backup everything to the computer and then factory reset it? Is your phone rooted?

Go to Settings->Apps->Google Play services and see how much memory it's taking up. If over 400 MB then clear it up using Manage space. If this is the case then you may be suffering the same issue many Volt users are having. See these posts here:
