LG X Charge not charging at all

Even with the new charger it's been screwy. It has to be shut off to charge much at all. It's probably time for my friend to get a new phone but without money that's hard to do.

you can try and look for a battery and do a DIY battery replacement. other then that not much you can do.

It's not coming on at all. Yesterday at least it worked. Is there somebody who could fix this for a reasonable price?

its probably cheaper to get a burner phone (pay as you go) then to get it fixed.......just saying. or maybe look at ebay for phones. just be aware of buy blacklisted phones. these are phones that is blocked by the carrier due to most likely not paying the bills. they will not release the phone until the amount owed is payed. if you go the ebay route, my suggestion is to meet at a carrier store that you plan to use the future phone on. before paying ask to find out if the imei number is clean or not.
