My LG G2 has been a pretty good phone, however, this morning when my daughter sent me pics of my grand kids ( which she has done many times before) came up with a weird bunch of characters instead of the pics., and now my phone keeps freezing when I go into the text message, and a message comes up saying "unfortunaetly messaging has stopped". I have cleaned out other issues, other texts, tried turning phone off and on, and STILL cannot even try to delete the pics if that's causing the problem....any one else with these issues or any way to fix?
