Does anyone have this .apk that can be shared with me? I think that I modified or changed the name to something that I cannot remember. I think that this may be the reason that I cannot update my PRL or Profile. Thank you.

Solved. I was able to extract the .apk from a debloated, rooted ROM. I installed the app and was able to update my profile.
