LgG4 update to marshmallow problems

this is my listing of features on my phone that don't work after the update to marshmallow
1) lost the ability to reset the password on wifi hot spot
2) lost the ability to select when apps go on the memory card
3) no ability to change ring tone on phone

I suppose the way to fix this is to do a hard reset back to the lollipop version and then fix my problems and then update

Factory reset will reset Marshmallow. Often required for major updates which is why I haven't done it.
