Help LGMS769 stuck with security error on boot

Hello I have an old LGMS769 well not old for me. It's brand new 2 yrs. ago I decided to root it and I don't know what I did but at some point it came back with security error on boot. Can anyone lead mThanxe to the right direction to fix this I've tried over and over and gets know where.

So I tried On my PC via usb cable I can delete move to PC but as soon as I unplug device from the PC the files show up again Cannot remove any files from external sdcard please help out with issue much appreciated thank you...

I just now read your reply james. Yes I can get into download mode what do I do from there or what files do I need to make it work
