So I had this phone for a week now. I was able to connect it to my other computer no problem however after building my new computer its been having some issues. I have all the drivers for the phone installed but when I plug it in my computer I can't seem to be able to access the memory storage. It only says that it's two "removable disk" and when I click on it says " please insert a disk into removable drive. At the bottom description it says "BitLocker status: not Encryptable. I have debugging and massive storage enabled on the phone but it didn't help at all. The odd thing is when I restart the computer with the phone connected it would recognize the storage, however after I reconnect the usb cable it would go back to the removable disk status. Any idea how I could fix this?
