I had posted something late last year wondering how to find out the usage on the refurbished phone that I received from Verizon. (for example, on the HTC Evo that I had with Sprint, you could push ##786# and it would take you into a diagnostics menu, where it would show life usage, refurbished status/date, etc...)
Through some digging around on the web, and some other threads on this site, I have figured out how to do it, for those that are curious about your refurbished Rezound's past...
To get to the diagnostic menu, you have to bring up the dialer screen and push ##778# and then the green CALL button- this will then take you into the diagnostic menu. You can find a ton of information under the "Display" tab.
