Help Light Flow Lite

I have a samsung stratosphere and I would like to know if the app Light Flow Lite can be used with this phone? I have installed it, but it doesn't appear to be using the notifications I selected? Thanks for any help.

it is a good idea to email the developer of Light Flow and ask if the stratosphere is supported
