Help Light Purple Smear On Screen

This Is my brand new Huawei P9 lite that I got this week and I noticed while watching a video in the dark this pinkish white smear on the screen. Is it bad like should I send it back or just leave it be?

In before anyone says "grape jelly?" .

Yeah, that's a bit odd...I think I would indeed ask for a replacement device as that does not seem like something I've ever seen on any of my devices or something that I would get used to or put up with.
