hi everyone,
I would like to ask for help.
I am using cherry mobile superion plus duo tablet phone.
I didn't know why this problem happens. my problem is this.
when I turn on my phone I need to set the display => sleep => never. so the phone will not automatically lock in a specific time. and the other problem is i cant change the brightness of the backlight. so it means that my phone stays awake all the time.
because when i lock the phone it wont turn on again. but i know that it is still working because i stil receive sms but without backlight. so for me to use the phone i need to reset it using the reset button. ithink that the program that trigers to turn the lights on when unlocking is missing.
