Likely no GSM capability

The Incredible looks to be quite a different layout than the N1. I was hoping it was similar but comparing the shots it doesn't appear to have a sim. Maybe the VZW N1 will retain GSM and be a world phone. SD card is in a different place. Battery is different.

I'm curious as to why people care. I assume you want it to be for when you are in europe? Wouldn't the charges be ridiculous per minute in europe?

Also, the VZW N1 processor is supposed to be capable of both but I have heard that it won't have the sim card.

Not really outrageous. For the times I'm overseas, I turn on unlimited Data for an extra $30/mo.

I'm not really sure what you are saying by "VZW N1 processor is supposed to be capable of both". If it ends up having the hardware for GSM and CDMA but no sim card, VZW will give you a Vodaphone one free. If it is Sim Unlocked like my Saga, I can use any Sim even ATT.
