Help link2sd still using both internal memory and microsd

Here is before installation of Mapfactor app.....

Here is after installation of Mapfactor app, but WITHOUT yet opening Mapfactor for the first time.

According to link2sd, the app eats about 22MB, but based on these screenshots, it ate 22mb in BOTH internal and sdext2.

is this normal?
