Linking Gallery 3D to Picasa

Hi, hope this is an appropriate place to post this...

I recently followed the guide in the 'Tips & Tricks' section to add the Google Photo App - Gallery3D - to my Desire.

I then found I wasn't able to link my phone to my Picasa account, or upload pictures to my Picasa account.

I searched the web for a solution, and all I found was many other people with the same problems.

So, I worked it out for myself, and thought I would share my findings.

There seems to be two characteristics to people having this issue

Change your google account password and it will have the same effect. Your phone will re-associate properly and your images will show up in the gallery.
