Liquid e

Have gone thru many cellphones over the yrs, now getting the first smartphone.
I've read many reviews on acer liquid e. (spend a fair amount of time on google & their varied apps)
Naturally, some positive & neg. Many have brought up 'a tacky, plasticky case', and one reviewer says you could fry an egg on it above the battery. (He called it extreme heat)
Just handling it at the store doesn't tell you a helluva lot.
Any feedback on this handset would be appreciated.

If you want to get a hands-on idea of how hot the phone gets,, go back to the store, turn on both the GPS and WiFi on the phone, and run a high graphics demo game on the phone for a few minutes (turn off the sound if you don't want the entire store knowing what you are doing!). In a few minutes you'll get a fair idea, on average, of how hot that model phone gets. Keep in mind also that different phones (of the same model) may achieve different temperatures doing the same thing.
