I had a problem with the Virgin mobile bloatware reinstalling every time I tried to use the phone or turned it off and on. The phone never kept my settings and always reverted back to the original setup.
I had to end up calling HTC support to get help on this.
I was told that they cannot remove the bloatware, but you can disable some of it. If you have problems with the bloatware, I would contact HTC support and see if they can help you.
NOTICE - I had to contact HTC support a few times, because the first two people were morons and did not know anything about how to "work" the phone. The third call, I finally got someone who knew all about the phone and the programs on it.....she was very helpful and helped me disable the Virgin bloatware as well as a few others.
