Help Live Mail Not working

Today I got on my PC and notice I had email in my live account so I wounder why I didn't get it on my phone and took a look.

When I click on the icon it came up as to restore my account which was like what is going on.

So I did that and it didn't work so I deleted the account and made a new and the same thing this is what it is saying.

Account setup error occurred
80304: The password and username you entered did not authenticate with your email provider. Please try again.

Couldn't get my hotmail account to connect either. Got the same error message. Just downloaded the hotmail app. Works great.
