Live tiles

Is there any way I could make my phone like a htc one with a page of live tiles on my home screen?

I done something similar once, but that took ages ..

I used ParanoidAndroid Rom (mainly for theme support)
Nova Launcher
UCCW
Then the pre-skinned tiles for UCCW which you can download from the above site. Although not 100% compatible, I used the CM10 Afterburner theme.
