I just released this live wallpaper the other week on Google Play.
It features ribbons if light that flow across the screen, all randomly generated and rendered with OpenGL.
The free version supports swapping between themes, setting different graphic qualities, and toggling scrolling the wallpaper with the screen.
Free Version
The full version has all the features of the free version and also enables detailed settings of the rendering, including colors, speed and scale.
Full Version
The default quality is "high", if your device can handle this without any frame rate issues, try the "ultra" setting.
