yes, you must wait until april 2011.

Because android 2.2(froyo) for samsung galaxy 3 will be release then.

With installed android 2.2(froyo), you would be able to run live wallpaper

Yeah i have installed Live wallpapers on my Galaxy Apollo with still on eclair 2.1...
All u to do is Root d device (at ur own risk) by following dis link

Haha, same. I only use the nexus revamped live wall paper, and set it to very low.

And i was disappointed to hear that live wallpaper didnt work on it so i just wanted to ask you guy how i can enable it and which would be save
1.update to froyo
2. Root + live wallpaper
if you select root please can anyone give i kind of video guide because i dont what to mess up.

official update of froyo is without live wallpapers!!!
so i guess u will have to root+live wallpaper!!!

to be quite honest I dont see much point in live wallpapers for this phone. Live wallpapers only look good on bigger res larger displays. Imho its not worth the battery and speed drainage.

Live wallpapers on the Samsung Galaxy Apollo using android 2.1 is easy

1. Download LiveWallpapersPicker.apk and copy it to the memory card of your phone
2. Go onto the Android Market and download "Z4 Root" and "ES File Explorer" (Both FREE)
3. install Z4 root and root your phone (just follow the Instructions on Screen)
4. run ES File Explorer click on "LiveWallpapersPicker.apk" and press either COPY or MOVE, then Navigate to the phone memory (the folder you are looking for is "SYSTEM/APPS"
5. Paste the LiveWallpapersPicker.apk in the folder and reboot the Phone

Congratulations you now have Live Wallpaper
