As a LiveDock owner, I have found the Xperia S to be a bit of a disappointment given the fact the HDMI and USB sockets are on opposite sides.
Also, the size of the phone and the USB socket being underneath (in landscape mode) means it doesn't really sit in the dock properly. But, you can wiggle things around until it sits fairly comfortably.
But what can you hook up to the phone via the LiveDock USB port? I've plugged in an Apple keyboard and nothing - didn't register at all.
I haven't got any other wired keyboards to hand yet to try them.
So I looked to Bluetooth:
I tried to pair the Apple wireless keyboard - couldn't find it (works with many other Android tablets).
I tried to pair the Motorola wireless keyboard (for the Atrix) and it couldn't find it. To be fair, I am not sure I'm enabling the pairing mode properly (holding down V A & R when turning it on) or if there's another problem with it.
I tried to pair the Motorola wireless mouse and it paired but wouldn't connect, so useless. Again this works with Android tablets (so maybe an Android 3/4 thing? Could it be that the Xperia S will work with these when it gets ICS?)
Then a few days ago I found that someone on Xda Developers mentioned the Logitech K400 wireless keyboard with trackpad. As it happened, I'd been given a 35% off any purchase voucher code earlier in the week, so bagged one for
