Has anyone else checked this out? Just came out in the app market. It's very early beta so a lot of features are still disabled but updates are coming fast and furious. This is looking to be a seriously killer app when its fully rolled out to each of android, blackberry and iPhone. I came from a blackberry and this could be a fix for the ONE thing I miss...bbm.

The dev is super responsive and the app 100% free. It's worth a look.

i have find in on the market with my mini pro and i is downloading it now
 
Just updated to open more features. I've noticed some minor stability issues but overall impressed after using it for a few days.
 
So is it something you have 'friends' on (ala Facebook) and you can chat with them? Without bumping up against a text message limit?
 
Yeah I've been waiting for this for a while. But it's useless for me since my friends have BB and its not out on BBM yet.

Yeah - have this app. I think it has great potential, but they need to hurry the hell up and release either the full version or the betas for Blackberry and Android! I'm excited about the prospects ;) aha
 
How do I do this?

I tried added a contact but I get a reply that my BB toting friend does not have a LiveProfile account.

Have it on my HTC Desire and slowly building up contacts, it's not out for BB yet but when it does I think it will challenge BBM big time

I loaded it on my wife's Bold 9700 and we had a chat. Working pretty decent. Still very early stages for the BB app, so I'm sure there are some bugs to work out.
 
Its been pulled from BBM again to iron out some issues....so BBM users are back to playing a waiting game once more. Alternatively they can all jump ship for a platform which is already swinging
 
Just got this and messaged a bunch of my friends to get it to (lot of them still have BB). A lot of us are using it now and it is finally the bbm replacement we are looking for. Can't compare to BBM's features list yet but it is quickly going there. Hoping for great things from this program and no scumbag RIMM interventions.
 
Hey can somebody please give me the update .apk file for liveprofile I got the beta and my market won't download anything it just hangs up....thx in advance
 
This did nothing on my Desire except take reduce my internal memory from 120MB to 113MB, despite the fact I am running a custom ROM with A2SD+ and all apps should be stored on my SD card. The app is only supposed to be 4MB in size, yet it took up all that space?!
