Help Llama question

I have the following event in Llama that doesn't work as I expect it to. I am using Lollipop on Samsung Galaxy s4.

When wifi hotspot is enabled - play sound 'beep once' every minute.

(This event continually warns me that I have turned on my hotspot)

A couple of things are happening:
1. It beeps twice every minute. Beep Beep in quick succession. Not a big problem

2. I can't seem to turn the beeping off. If I turn on Wifi, which in turn turns off wifi hotspot, the beeping continues. I am forced to disable the event. I didn't really want to disable the event because I just wanted a simple warning / cancellation system.

If you have any ideas please let me know.
Regards,
David.

Typically, Llama events should be paired-- one event to take the action, and another event to undo the action. I'd suggest creating a 2nd event, to undo the 1st action. Not sure exactly what that undoing action might be, but perhaps, "If WiFi Hotspot Disabled", then "Play sound- 'cancel queued sound'".

it still doesn't work. i noticed this before; it thinks the mobile hotspot is always on.
In llama 'When Wifi hotspot' is always green even if its not enabled.
I reckon this is something to do with lollipop. Third party apps cant turn off mobile data or wifi hotspot and maybe they can't even read their state?
