Help Load more emails

Is there a way to load more than 22 emails in the stock outlook email app? I came from Samsung and could load up to 1000 emails through the stock app. I work in an industry where having access to those emails is needed.

If the stock app can't handle it then any 3rd party apps recommended? I looked through my email app and couldn't find any setting to load more emails when syncing. It's frustrating. I tried a search using the terms "email" and "outlook" and came up empty.

I don't use the stock mail app, sorry.

You can try K9 Mail, I've never had any issues with that in the past. Alternatively, look at something like maildroid or aqua mail.

If you go in to email settings you can choose how far back you want to sync the mail, I use the largest option and have no problems.

I've tried looking for that setting but can't seem to find it. I'm using the stock app for my office outlook email acct, I could find this setting when I was using Samsung but for some reason on the Sony it doesn't show up.

*Update*
I switched to K9 email client, loads more emails but now it won't show a preview of the email in list form. Not to mention takes a long time to load the program and emails themselves. *sigh* Starting to miss my Samsung.

In the stock app, got to settings, then select your exchange account, in sync options you'll see "days to sync", select ALL.

That's what I did, and I can see everything that is still on the server.
