Thank you for the fix on loading messages.
Just follow instructions on disabling android system web viewer and sha zam.
I have 2 s4s and the problem like everyone else started in December 2017.
Was all ready to go out and buy 2 new s8s @ $850 each.
First of all thank for the fix and saving me the $ even though I'm close to needing upgrades
just a bad time now with the holidays and $.
Second- after reading all these post it sounds like some sort of scam going on???
Thanks again I hope this is a permanent fix.

I think you have the wrong idea about this forum. We are in no way affiliated with Android or Android development. That is all Google. This is simply a help forum. Everyone here is just volunteering their time to help others.

Second, I'm not quite sure what you mean about a scam? Perhaps you ran across a spam post? We usually take care of those pretty quickly if they make it past the span filter. Can you clarify what you meant about that?

Scam or spam? You can read Chinese and the spams and scams for fake Canadian university diplomas? Those should be reported to the mods.
