Help loading non-market live wallpaper

So I am trying to load the Mario live wallpaper from XDA forums. When I just try to download from the phone, it says "Cannot download. The content is not supported on this phone." It is just an apk file, so not sure whats going on. How do I get it to load?

Nevermind, got it to load. Anybody who uses this know why the background wont render? Box is checked and had no problems on my Nexus One
