I downloaded several podcasts from iTunes, they saved in mp3 format on my PC (Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) and I tried several times in Windows Explorer to save them in various locations to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 with the god-awful KitKat software!) and SD card. I even created a folder with the speaker's name in my usual music folder on the card and moved the files there using the File program on the phone; they showed up ONCE in my music player; now the entire folder along with the files has disappeared! Until Google decided to dictate what I could and could not do on my OWN phone and my OWN SD card, I never had a problem and all my artists and songs were neatly ordered in the player's browser. Now getting new songs to show up is a tedious trial and error that I have yet to figure out. The only way to play them is selecting them one by one from the File Manager, if I can even find them.
Sorry, it's just very frustrating. Can anyone tell me, step by step, how to put these files on my phone so that they will show up EVERY time in my music player (Player Pro - Paid Version), so I can just drop them in a playlist and have them auto play? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really like Samsung, but I'm about to get a Windows or iPhone because of this mess.
