Help Location Access & GPS keep turning off

Is anyone having an issue with GPS or Location Access turning itself off? I have GPS on for weather and other apps, and once in a while I will go to the forecast and it tells me my location access is turned off. When I look, sure enough, both Location Access and GPS are off and I didn't turn them off. I have the "Google wi-fi and mobile network location off" on a regular basis, but for some reason, everything turns off after a period of time (I haven't timed it to see how long it takes to shut off). It's a pretty annoying bug.

I honestly can't say anything specific, but it does sound like a check box or setting unknowingly adjusted.

I would have agreed IF I could turn it off with a simple click, but it takes more than one step to get to the screen where you can turn it off. There are no quick toggles to Location Access that I know of.

Do you have any battery extender apps installed?
