Location aware umbrella reminder

[jtdavies]

I live in a place where the weather is always changing. I would like an app that when I am parking at work (location aware) it will tell me whether I need to carry in my umbrella.

That could be an icon on the screen that changes or some other notification.

Wouldn't a basic location-sensitive ( most are ) weather widget suffice?

I want it to:
1. Look at the weather for the entire day to make a determination
2. Alert me when I get to my destination (Work)

Like the Location Alert program from Janis Ware. When I get within a certain radius of a location it pops up a message for me.
