Location triggered SMS

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knows of an app that sends an SMS when the phone is in a certain location.

Ideally there would be a website (that uses google maps) where a user can set up the whole thing.

I'm thinking it would be great for long trips. Once you reach a certain spot on the interstate, your phone would send a user defined text to someone (not just a "location" text).

Is this a "nice idea" or does it really exist somewhere?

You could always try using tasker to send an sms when you get to a certain area.
