I am in the UK and use speed test a lot to see my data speed but whatever test app I use it mostly tells me that I am in Germany/Holland. When doing this I only have mobile data on. If I add GPS sometimes it will locate right but not all the time. If I switch on wi-fi all comes right but then I am missing the point as it reads wi-fi speed.
All works ok on a Note 2 so does anyone else have this problem with the Note 3 and is there a way round it.

Might want to try pulling the battery on the device and putting it back in to just do a standard reset of the device.

This might fix the GPS issue.

Done the standard battery reset but still no joy
