Lock Android apps without impoliteness while others use your phone

I never call an unknown number back - if they needed something important, they would have left a voice message at least identifying who they are.

You're like me. My wife won't block 800 numbers. "They might be legitimate." I say if they can't leave a VM, and can't send a letter, I probably don't want what they're selling.

I have a cellphone for MY convenience - and it's not convenient for me to return calls that ring once or twice.
