I want to lock certain people in my contacts. Can the hero do that?

i think he means certain contacts from being viewed in his contact list. i know of nothing but that would be sweet

you could do this:
put all your contacts on your gmail account
delete the contacts on your sim
put the contacts you want do hide on your sim
then go to settings, and make it so it does not show sim contacts

Or do that but make them phone contacts instead of sim which will give you all fields.
