Lock screen access

When playing my Spotify or Android music it used to show on my lock screen so that I could move to the next song or pause or play.
after downloading an app that completely screwed my phone up this option is now gone.
How do I get this setting back on my lock screen?

what app did you download? did you uninstall it? maybe try clearing cache for spotify as well.

What media player are you using? Is it the same for both Spotify (which I've never used) and your Android music? I'm assuming by 'Android music' you mean music files you've saved on your phone; is that correct?

If you haven't uninstalled the offending app, do that--making sure all of its cache and data files are deleted, too.

Then restart your phone.

Now what happens?

Sometimes It is simple as that, unstalling the app and resetting.

Try Black Player, or even youtube music, those are pretty safe for the moto z2
