Help Lock screen apps

Can someone help me with this please. I've just changed from a DHD to a One X and I'm struggling to figure out how to customise the lock screen apps. I can change the background of the lockscreen ie I've got it set to showing the weather but I can't figure out how to change the four apps that appear. It was straight forward with the DHD but I can't figure it out on the One X. Please help, thanks

Lock screen shortcuts match what apps you have in your dock bar so changing these will change them on the lockscreen
