Help Lock Screen Flashing When Unlocking.

My lock screen just started flashing when going to my home screen. I can see the clock flashing like 5 times as the home screen appears.

This happens whether or not the phone is locked.

It just started BTW.

I've cleared the cache/powered off and on the phone a few times.

Any ideas? I have just a background pic, not Live Wallpaper, if that matters.

Phone is stock ICS.

Fixed it. Turned out to be either the latest Opera Mobile or Facebook with Facebook messenger. I uninstalled Opera and uninstalled FB (actually it went back to factory stock) and the problem seems to have disappeared.
