Lock Screen Icons?

I have a feeling I know the answer, but...has anyone figured out how to get the Note 4 to display icons on the lock screen like the Note 3 did? I looked everywhere and don't see the option. I have a feeling it was removed, but...why would they remove that? It seems really arbitrary.

I have a feeling its gone. Also multiple widgets on lockscreen is gone. Tjeez...

*sigh* I really hate when these companies arbitrarily remove things. And it's not like they added anything to the lock screen that meant that couldn't be there. There's no reason to remove those things...

On the lockscren in settings I do not have the option to change the unlock effects. It's not there. Any help would be great.
