On my Lg G4 I have my lock screen set with a pin code but I want to change it to knock code but the top choices are grayed out. I only have pattern, pin, password. I can't choose None, Swipe or knock code. How to I change this? Thanks for any help.
I believe you have to disable the Pin pattern first. Lock screen; select screen lock (it will have you enter your pin) then you should be able to choose another screen lock. On AT&T the list is None; Swipe; Knock Code; Pattern; PIN; Password
I tried that but the top 3 choices are grayed out and not available to choose, not sure why they're grayed out. My only choices are pattern, pin and password.
I figured it out. It has to do with Android Pay, you have to have a secure lock screen. Somehow my other options weren't grayed out and I chose swipe but the notice came up from Android Pay that I would loose my cards if I changed my lock code.
