Help Lock screen numbers

Has anyone had an issue since the latest update with having the numbers and letters on the lock screen just turning to white blocks? It has happened a couple of times and I have needed to restart my phone to get the numbers and letters back.

To clarify, I have the a pin number for my security on my phone. The numbers and small letters next to the numbers will just turn to white blocks in place of the numbers and letters. It does not happen to all the letters and numbers, just some of them. It's not a big issue, but it is annoying.

Anyway, does anyone know of a fix for this other than restarting the phone or if Samsung is working on a fix?

You are not alone I have this problem too. Along with not being able to connect to the internet through mobile data/roaming at all! All of my apps also keep freezing and shutting down especially (weirdly) contacts. I've had 3 updates in two weeks and each one seems to bring another problem

So I don't make another thread about this, the problem is still ongoing. Does anyone know of a fix for this, if its a common issue? Here is a picture of what is going on with it.

Hey, I have been having this issue as well. I have been to multiple Verizon stores and contacted Samsung. I have also gone to a Samsung Service Center to try to get help. I did a factory reset, which did not help me but it does help some people. My white blocks came back after 2 days and are affecting more than just my home screen. Sometimes the factory reset will work for some people, but not in my case. Also, try wiping the cache. That may work as well.

As far as contacting Samsung, they have been no help to me. They want me to send my phone to Korea which means I am out of a phone for 2 weeks but don't see how that would fix a software issue. Spoke to 3 Samsung reps and they have been terrible in any sort of customer service.

Good luck!
