lock screen time

I did a FDR a couple weeks ago and the HTC clock app updated since then. On my lock screen the time and weather are shown for my location and are correct. The weather has the location icon next to it. I have my location services turned on.
Underneath that is a house icon, then it says "Ohio", ( I am in Ohio), then the time which is 13 hours ahead.
When I look at the world clock in the HTC clock app it has my current city in Ohio I am in and the correct time and date. Then it also has the house icon with "Ohio" and the time 13 hours ahead.
In the settings I have "automatic date & time" checked along with "automatic time zone".
Any ideas as to what is going on here?

Do you have screen shots you can post to help demonstrate what you're describing? Sometimes it's helpful to see the screens. Thanks!

I was in Jamaica (I do not live there) for a week and now my lock screen looks like this, kinda liked what nightowl66 described. I cannot find a way to get rid of that extra home-ish icon and Montego Bay time

FYI, I'm in Ontario, California, but this home-ish icon with Montego Bay and it's time have been on my lock screen for the last few days.

I'm having this same problem too! Hope someone out there knows a solution cos it's doing my nut! Fingers crossed!

I went to the clock app, then world clock. I think the time was wrong there. Once I changed that the lock screen corrected itself.

Same thing happened to me. I fixed it by going to clock - world clock. Then in the ... Menu selected set home time zone and entered my home city. I think phone thought my home was somewhere I visited recently.
