Late last night I was trying to free up space on my Samsung S4 mini just to download updates to a bundle of apps and I must have deleted something important to do with my lock screen image because it's now gone and I can't get it back.
I have an external 64gb mini sd card with as many apps as will allow to be moved, all my images and all my music. So on the internal memory is just what has to be there, but with all the mandatory factory apps the memory still gets used up too quickly.
I use QuickPics for my images and may have deleted the standard Gallery app as I can no longer find it on the device. Now when I try and add an image to my lock screen it only gives me the options of 'Wallpappers' or 'Travel Wallpaper', 'Gallery' to choose one of my own images is no longer there.
So two issues, is there anything that I can safely remove that will free up a reasonable amount of space?
Secondly, can I download the Gallery app again, I can only find 'Nexus Gallery' one on the App store. Or is there another way I can add my own image to my lock screen again. Can I put one of my own images in the 'Wallpapers' folder wherever that may be.
I am using NovaLauncher.
Thanks very much in advance.
