Lock with different combo's to different pictures

Hi all,

I'm looking to use an app in a (non-electronical) game
In the game the kids collect key cards and finally decipher a 4 digit number code
There are 4 teams, each having a private code.
To win the game, they should be the first to unlock a smartphone with their code

In the ideal case this would be a cool looking lock app, using digital numbers and unlocking to 4 different pictures, depending on the code used.
I've been looking but can't seem to find an app that does this...
Does anyone have an idea?
